Terms of Use — Who's Playing? (منو بيلعب؟)

1. Acceptance

Who's Playing? (منو بيلعب؟) is a party game for families and friends (the "Game"). By using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. Contact: teamjalsah@gmail.com

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Subscriptions and prices

The Game is free to download and includes a free portion. A subscription unlocks the full content:

The price shown in the Game at the moment of purchase is the price that applies. It may differ by country, currency and local tax.

4. The free week

A first-time subscriber may receive one free week on the weekly plan. Eligibility is determined by Apple or Google against your account — not by us — and is granted once per account. If you do not cancel before the free week ends, billing begins automatically at the stated price.

5. Automatic renewal and cancellation

All subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account on confirmation and at each renewal.

Cancellation happens in the store, not inside the Game: in your Apple Account settings, or in Google Play under Subscriptions. On Apple devices, auto-renew must be turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

6. Payment and refunds

All payments are handled by Apple or Google as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's policies and must be made to them directly.

7. One subscription opens the majlis

The Game is played on two devices: a screen (the host) and a controller. The host's subscription unlocks the full content for that session for everyone playing in the same room. This access belongs to the session, ends with it, and does not give a guest's device a subscription of its own.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, republish or sell the Game's content, questions or artwork.
• Do not reverse-engineer the Game or attempt to bypass subscription limits.
• Do not enter names, drawings or photos that are offensive, unlawful, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not use the Game commercially without our written permission.

9. What you put in

The nicknames, drawings and photos you enter remain yours. You grant us a limited permission to display them within your session on the devices of the players with you. You are responsible for what you enter. We do not review it in advance, and we may remove anything that breaches these Terms.

10. Content and accuracy

We work to verify the Game's questions and answers, but they are provided for entertainment and we do not warrant that they are free of error. Images and audio are used under their licences, and sources are credited inside the Game.

11. Intellectual property

The Game, its name, artwork, questions and design are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms transfer no ownership to you.

12. Third-party services

The Game relies on Google Firebase to synchronise rooms, on Apple and Google for payments, and on a subscription-management provider to verify subscription status. Those services are governed by their own terms.

13. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Game available but do not guarantee it. We may add, change or remove content, and may discontinue the Game or any part of it. If we discontinue a paid service during an active subscription period, we will seek to make an appropriate refund available through the store.

14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is", without warranties express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute — without prejudice to your mandatory rights as a consumer.

16. Apple-specific terms

This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the new version.
